Flexible and Helpful

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash or checks. We recommend CareCredit for patients that are interested in monthly payments. We’ll also work with your dental insurance provider to help you take full advantage of your benefits.

Treatment Plans and Payment Options

Our treatment coordinators will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget. We also offer layaway dentistry, which allows you to save for you upcoming dental procedures. Our Annual Dental Savings Program offers savings on semi-annual regular care and 20% off all additional dental procedures (including Cosmetic, Restorative, and Orthodontics). Enroll anytime, with one, simple annual payment. (Additional savings for family enrollment.)

Insurance Coordination Financing

If you have dental insurance, we will work with you to maximize your benefits. We are an in-network provider for Delta Dental, and we accept all major “PPO” dental plans that allow patient choice of providers. If you have questions about your dental coverage, our office staff will be happy to help you understand your benefits and what your insurance may cover for specific dental services.

CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you finance your health and wellness needs. You can use your CareCredit card to pay for a variety of dental services at our office, and then you make convenient monthly payments to your CareCredit account. CareCredit makes it possible to pay for the treatments you want, when you want them, and then make regular payments that fit your budget.

Insurance and CoPays

Our office staff is happy to work with your insurance provider to help you take full advantage of your dental issuance benefits. We will complete and submit all insurance paperwork and claims for you on the day of your service. Please understand that this is only an estimate and is based upon the information available to us.

We will follow up with your insurance company on all claims.

Once your carrier has paid, we’ll send you a statement for any balance you owe, which will be due upon receipt. If for any reason we have not received your insurance carrier’s payment within 90 days of submitting the claim, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you.
